Bampton Village Memorial Village Hall was established after World War I as a recreational and social hub for the parish of Bampton, intended to benefit all inhabitants of the local community.
CONSTITUTION
Bampton Memorial Hall is a Registered Charity (No 224015) and is governed by 13 Trustees formed into the Hall Committee. There is a set of sub groups and individuals who manage the property, bookings and finances. The Trustees have been successful on numerous occasions securing financial grants to maintain the infrastructure throughout both buildings and open spaces. The Trustees ensure the Hall is open for children, young people, the elderly, people with disabilities, other charities or voluntary bodies - some of which may come from outside the local area with everyone being made to feel very welcome.
